Director of Memory Support (Administrative)
Our Memory Support Director Will:
Implement and manage our Portraits Program with Montessori methods and individualized components for each memory support resident. Conduct resident assessments/evaluations before residents move in and on an ongoing basis to ensure each resident's physical, mental, psychological, social, and spiritual needs are met.Work closely with both current and prospective residents and families to meet their individualized needs.Provide ongoing training to associates on new principles and methodologies of care for improved resident outcomes.Design innovative programs and services that enhance the resident experience.Develop processes and procedures that build operational continuity, efficiency, safety and meet state and federal guidelines. Build strong relationships in a positive environment throughout the community.
