Supervisor - Health Club - Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock (Finance)

The beautiful, renovated Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock is looking for a Health Club Supervisor to join their fabulous team! This is a great opportunity to help supervise a team of 10, ensuring our guests/community have an amazing experience at our Health Club, and work for one of the only Hilton corporate managed properties in Arizona! The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Microsoft office (word/excel), supervisory experience, and able to work flexible schedules based on business demands which would include weekends and holidays.

What will I be doing?

As a Spa Supervisor, you will assist the Spa manager and assistant spa manager in overseeing the daily operations for the Health Club/Fitness Center/Spa/Salon in accordance with local, state, and federal health and cleanliness standards.

• Performs duties of staff positions as needed.
• Participates in marketing, merchandising, programming, conducting inventory, recording and tracking financial statistics, and management duties such as interviewing, training, supervising, counseling, scheduling, and evaluating department staff.
• Responsible for the proper training of the team, implementation, and set-up for all front- of- the- house guest areas.
• Must be able to assist in opening and closing of the Spa duties each day
