The Investor Specialist will report to the Investor Services Manager in the Individual Investor Service - Savers and CS - Individual Service - Engaged departments. This role is responsible for providing service and support to engaged, individual clients, as well as some institutional relationships such as introducing brokers, Futures Commission Merchants, and investment sponsors. The Relationship Specialist - Investor Services will work directly with a variety of clients to assist with new business inquiries, account funding, investment transactions, account transfers, distributions, online assistance and managing the overall client experience with Inspira. The role also assumes the primary responsibility of interacting with all necessary internal Inspira departments to resolve client requests or answer any inquiries related to the investments held in the account. • Serve as the primary point of contact for engaged individual clients and a variety of institutional clients • Have significant knowledge of IRS regulations and restrictions related to IRAs including complex account transactions and prohibited transactions • Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the account and investment life cycle • Understand Inspira products and services to respond to client inquiries regarding. • Answer incoming and outgoing client phone calls, meeting established SLAs (some minimal case work involved as well) • Maintain a professional approach to client service, serving as the client's internal ally and partner • If needed, meet, and assist on site clients. • Other duties as assigned.
