he Hotel Concierge serves as a key point of contact between guests and the hotel. The role involves providing personalized services and recommendations to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Concierges assist with reservations, transportation, entertainment, and other special requests, enhancing the guest's stay.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Guest Services:

• Greet guests warmly and provide information about the hotel's services, amenities, and facilities.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities.

Reservations and Bookings:

• Assist guests with restaurant reservations, event tickets, transportation arrangements, and tour bookings.
• Coordinate special requests, such as spa appointments, babysitting services, or gift deliveries.

Problem-Solving:

• Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide alternative solutions when initial requests cannot be fulfilled.

Local Knowledge:

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, events, and services.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with local vendors and service providers.

Communication and Coordination:

• Act as a liaison between guests and other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Communicate effectively with the front desk, housekeeping, and other teams.

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate records of guest requests and services provided.
• Update and manage concierge databases and resources.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality degree preferred).
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality (concierge or front desk experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of the local area, including attractions and dining options.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range

$26.00 - $27.00/hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors including but not limited to job related knowledge, skills and job specific experience/overall experience.
