CapEx EPC Engineer (Healthcare)

Essential Job Responsibilities:

· Manage major capital investment projects from project conception to completion for any area of the plant.

· Effectively communicate project information to all affected stakeholders, including leading meetings, providing updates,

managing conflict and finding solutions with both internal and external resources.

· Complete projects on time, within budget, and achieve project goals.

· Interface with and manage external suppliers for project work.

· Supervise contracted resources while onsite for facility improvement projects. Safety to include at a minimum: toolbox

talks, daily work permits and constant supervisor presence.

· Manage maintenance projects to solve various problems in the mill.

· Maintain technical documents and prints.

· Ensure all documents and prints are easily available for all plant personnel.

Work Experience: Please specify

years of experience required. · 4-year bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. · 5-10 years project management experience preferred. · 2-3 years Industrial related experience preferred. · Project Management certification (PMP or CAPM) a plus. · Excellent computer skills
