PAY: From $37 per hour + / DOE

Duties:

• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct therapy sessions with patients, focusing on activities of daily living.
• Monitor and document patient progress and report to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies.
• Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
