The Human Resources Manager is responsible for assisting the Director and Assistant Director in the overall management and administration of the Human Resources function in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and to maximize profitability. The ideal candidate will have 2 years' experience in a Human Resources Management role, strong communication skills and a degree in Human Resources or Business, along with experience working in a unionized and luxury property.
