Coke Florida is looking for an IT Analyst based out of our Hollywood, FL, working Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM.
What You Will Do:

What You Will Do: As a Coke Florida IT Analyst, you will be responsible for providing IT support for multiple users and locations. Roles and Responsibilities: Provide support for local and centralized systems throughout Florida Work to ensure timely resolution and communication of hardware requests Assist in resolving support requests across all Coke Florida facilities Acts as shift and after hours on-call point of escalation for supported locations Catalog and manage IT inventory assets Image and Deploy Coke Florida Workstations Align with local leaders to identify opportunities for innovation in IT Infrastructure Develop and publish knowledgebase articles to assist helpdesk staff address incidents Contribute to overall team effort in achievement of established SLA's Consistently meet and exceed established benchmarks in performance set forth by management for respective role Provide feedback to Management on local business objectives and maintenance windows For this role, you will need: High School Diploma or equivalent experience Broad skillset with the following technologies: Windows Desktop troubleshooting Network administration (add, move, change) Device Management Tools (Intune, MDT, Etc..) Active Directory Cloud computing awareness Awareness of contemporary software application technologies and IT service methodologies Successful problem solving and analytical skills Ability to work within a diverse environment Passion for customer service Excellent verbal and written communication skills
