Summary

This position is located in the Enforcement Division in the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).

The incumbent is responsible for managing litigation support staff such as investigators, financial analysts, economists, and e-law litigation support specialists who support Enforcement attorneys engaging in investigations and litigation in support of Enforcement's mission.

Responsibilities

As a Supervisory General Attorney, you will:

• Manage approximately thirty staff across a range of disciplines engaged in the support of investigations and litigation of administrative and court actions.
• Plan overall approach to the litigation support work and ensure the work is accomplished in compliance with established and emerging policies and practice.
• Develop, recommend, and implement needed policies, procedures, and guidelines for conducting investigation and litigation support functions that support CFPB's enforcement mission, goals, and priorities.
• Travel Required
