Receptionist (Full-Time or Part-Time) - Lincoln Meadows Care Center

📍 Location: 1550 3rd Street, Lincoln, CA 95648
💰 Pay: Starting at $17 per hour

Lincoln Meadows Care Center is looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team! Whether full-time or part-time, we need a team player with excellent communication skills who can create a warm and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
• Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and scheduling
• Assist with incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Provide general support to various departments as needed

Requirements:

• Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience a plus)
