Position Overview:
As the Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Draft, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring seamless daily operations, maintaining service excellence, and driving guest satisfaction. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will oversee front-of-house operations, lead and develop the team, and ensure financial and operational goals are met. Your ability to lead by example, solve problems efficiently, and uphold high standards will be essential to the success of the restaurant.
What Youll Do:
Lead by Example: Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences at Draft.
Inspire and Develop: Train, mentor, and support team members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Drive Success: Assist in achieving operational and financial goals, optimizing efficiency while maintaining high standards.
Enhance the Experience: Collaborate with the leadership team to refine service, enhance offerings, and elevate the guest experience.
Ensure Excellence: Uphold company standards for service, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Streamline Operations: Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational logistics to keep everything running smoothly.
What You Bring to the Table:
35 years of leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant, preferably in a sports bar or upscale casual dining setting.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a dynamic team.A guest-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.Expertise in restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and service standards.Excellent communication and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
