As the Vice President of Sales for Hall's Culligan Water you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and enhancing the overall customer journey across our California dealerships. We are seeking a dynamic and innovative leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional results while fostering a customer-centric culture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, a deep understanding of customer-focused strategies, and the ability to spearhead continuous improvement initiatives that elevate both sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and their expectations for faster service, clearer communication, and seamless transactions are continually evolving. Establishing a high-performing sales team that is equally committed to these values requires a leader who is dedicated to operational excellence and customer service. In this key role, you will collaborate closely with the California Area Manager to set and achieve ambitious sales targets, all while driving strategies that enhance the customer experience. Your insights, creativity, and leadership will be instrumental in shaping our sales approach and aligning it with our long-term goals.
This role will be based in California and will require extensive travel to ensure strong relationships with teams across the state and to maintain a hands-on approach to leadership at our various dealership locations.
