Responsibilities The Product Analyst role supports the companys ICHRA (Individual Coverage HRA) enrollment and administration platform by acting as a bridge between the product management, engineering, and operational teams. The Product Analyst will work with stakeholders to manage product-related support requests, run reports, and analyze data to help inform decisions, and assist in ensuring smooth product development and deployment processes. This role will gain hands-on experience in driving product improvements, analyzing user feedback, and supporting cross-functional collaboration. Triage support tickets from internal teams, prioritize based on impact and urgency, and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and operations teams to resolve. Participate in the product release process by testing new features and enhancements to ensure high-quality delivery. Create and run queries for ad hoc or recurring reports, based on product and operational needs. Assist Product Managers in defining requirements and specifications for product enhancements and updates to existing functionality. Create and maintain internal documentation, including product processes, workflows, and best practices. Serve as a point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and efficient communication regarding product-related matters. Identify opportunities to streamline support processes and contribute to operational efficiency within the product team.
