Fulltime

Shift: 4 on 2 off rotating shift

Wage: $17.79 or DOE

Cook is responsible for food preparation and serving to 60 plus resident's, managing time to ensure all job duties and responsibilities are done, keeping a sanitized workspace and taking food temperatures. You will need to know basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation, know and understand basic measurements for cooking, able to read, understand and follow recipes. To be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, able to lift 50 plus pounds, be a team player and have a great customer services skill, cooking experience and skills to be able to prepare and cook in large quantities. You will need a food handlers' card.

Ensure that menus are maintained and filed in accordance with established policies and procedures. Assist in establishing food service production line, to assure that meals are prepared on time. Review care plans. Prepare snacks serve bedtime snacks.
