Deployment Planner I (Finance)
As a member of our supply chain team, you'll ensure our customers receive noticeably better service and that our products are delivered accurately and on time. With great attention to detail, while still seeing the big picture, you'll ensure all elements of the distribution process are considered and accounted for. Additionally, you'll assist our operations team in obtaining the lowest industry cost. Working closely with internal partners, customers and vendors, you'll provide a seamless and hassle-free logistics process. Johnsonville, LLC Deployment Planner I Position Overview: As part of Johnsonville's Supply Chain team, the Deployment Planner plays a key role within our distribution network and supply chain. This member will take an ownership role in order fulfillment and inventory planning across our distribution network. - Plan deployment of finished goods using SAP ECC and o9 software
- Analyze demand, monitor shelf-life and manage inventory levels at a variety of warehouse locations via reporting or ERP system
- Utilize exception reports to identify and correct potential order shortages
- Identify and implement process or system changes to drive continuous improvement, reduce cost, and improve service levels
- Influence a supply chain organization that has its eyes on world-class best practices and is lean enough to allow you to play a significant role in its direction
- Work in a strong team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Contribute to multiple project teams in a fast-paced business model
- Utilize strong communication skills to guide a well-established supply network
- Other duties as assigned
Education:
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field is a plus
Experience:
- Supply Chain or Logistics experience is preferred
Skills and Competencies:
- SAP or other ERP system experience desired
- Strong learning agility and problem solving skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis required
