Inventory Control Analyst (Finance)

JOB SUMMARY Oversee inventory related data for all assigned Distribution Centers. CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Maintain network-wide database of inventory elements including hard to pick items, inventory levels between branches, item adjustments and changes, part numbers, etc. Run routine monthly data maintenance to ensure data integrity of data synchronization between systems. - Analyze and report on metrics and recommend ways to improve the inventory control function. - Develop, maintain, generate, distribute and evaluate various queries to identify issues impacting customers and be proactive with resolutions and work with branches through implementation. Escalate issues to next level as necessary. - Evaluate and recommend improvements to branch processes (including workflow, repack, item changes, etc.) in order to meet the needs of the customer. Develop materials to ensure proper adherence to effective workflow at the branch level including training documents, tools and guides.- Create, monitor and follow up on inventory movements and transfer work orders to make sure they are received. - Manage branch inventory synchronization (ZINV) for assigned branches. Engage work management system (WMS) helpdesk as needed to resolve issues. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Education - Bachelor's degree. Work Experience - 3 Years of experience in reviewing SAP and Catalyst or similar Warehouse Management System for inventory. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - Intermediate SAL and Catalyst/WMS skill. - Intermediate level in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel. - Detail oriented and proven problem solving skills.Medline Industries, LP, and its subsidiaries, offer a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
The anticipated salary range for this position:
$63,960.00 - $92,560.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
