CNC Mill Operator Position wanted for both Vertical and Horizontal CNC Machining Centers. Openings are for afternoon shift 3:30pm to 12:00pm.

The following statements describe the daily duties required for this position:

• Down load prepared CNC program into CNC machine control.
• Set- up and load fixturing, tooling and work piece following pre-established set- up sheets using operator control panel as required.
• Burr, clean and protect machined parts as required.
• Inspects and gages own work in process.
• Responsible for quality and efficiency of work performed.

• To qualify the candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience performing machine set-up and operation of CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers.
• The candidate must also be proficient in blueprint reading and have the ability to utilize machine shop measuring instruments including but not limited to, micrometers, calipers, thread gages, etc.
• The successful candidate must have own hand tools.
