Senior Director, Oncology Institutional, National Accounts (Sales)
Description:
The Sr. Director National Accounts will have responsibility for managing the Institutional National Account Team. This role will lead, develop, and implement the National Account sales strategy. In addition, this position will train, coach, and manage the development of the National Account Team and be instrumental in developing long term business strategy in conjunctions with the VP of Sales and Marketing Teams. Along with management responsibilities this position will be responsible for specific account management for commercially marketed products within assigned National Accounts. This role will maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify product opportunities and increase contract pull-through. They will lead, develop and implement a business plan and sales strategy with all assigned accounts. They will oversee account performance to ensure that markets for the generic pharmaceutical products are properly identified and penetrated. This role will analyze business positioning, develop penetration plans, identify sales channels and will subsequently leverage that channel effectively and efficiently to ensure that sales growth objectives are met.
