Shipping Lead (Finance)
1. Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures
2. Demonstrate commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to GMP guidelines
3. Serve as a working supervisor who will assist in shipping and receiving, unloading and loading trucks, checking in materials and or product, and match ASN and BOMs
4. Read and verify customer manifest, work order, shipping order or requisition to determine items to be moved gathered or shipped.
5. Coordinate dock traffic, ensures that all trucks must sign in and out of facility
6. Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer programs. Input data into shipping and receiving schedule.
7. Confer with managers inside and outside the distribution center to ensure coordination of other functions such as production, inventory management and quality assurance.
8. Each employee is responsible for performing these functions in a safe manner and providing quality service and product
9. Prepare all shipping and receiving documents in a timely and accurate manner.
10. Run inventory report to determine what materials to create STO's for
11. Process idocs into ZOR sales orders
12. Create delivery document and verify data completeness
13. Create shipment document and verify completeness
14. Add seal info to shipment number
15. Arrange for empty trailer in dock door
16. Print picklist
17. Verify all HUs are loaded and out of staging transfer order
18. Perform tasks for short shipments / cuts
19. PGI shipment
20. Scan BOL, Picklist, trailer inspection
21. Verify paperwork attached to outbound delivery
22. Keep shipping dashboard clean and up to date
23. Shipping dock appointments, u pdate shipping dock appointments , clock truck into shipping schedule , clock truck out of shipping schedule
24. Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors
The anticipated hourly range for the position is $17.00 - $30.00 , depending on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for a success share bonus and benefits package.

Ability to become familiar with and be able to interpret packing slips, enter correct information into the computer, and acknowledge receipt of goods into the purchase order
Ability to understand and use all applicable aspects of WMS (PackManager)
Ability to work with plant management for required results Must be familiar with the most common material handling equipment
Ability to perform all computer functions as they pertain to the job Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to work well under pressure
Strong leadership skills
