Referral Outreach Marketing Manager (Personal Services)
The Referral Outreach Marketing Manager visits multiple locations daily, engages in face-to-face meetings, presentations and networking events, utilizing a CRM system to log and track performance ensuring an excellent referral communication experience.
Utilizes systems and processes which result in patient referral satisfaction, referring provider engagement, and new patient count performance.
Responsible for providing referral material and collateral for referring offices, luncheons for doctor/staff introductions, and communication with internal teams.
This support is crucial to the delivery of the companys mission of helping children achieve a lifetime of
great oral health.
EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:
Bachelors degree preferred
JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE:
5+ years in marketing or sales experience, with 3+ years in field marketing strongly preferred
Excellent skills in self-starting, organization, communicating, problem solving.
Experience in the fields of dentistry, health care, and/or business development.
JOB-RELATED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
Ability to make strategic decisions within assigned scope of authority. Exceptional critical
thinking skills.
Ability to manage budget and expenses. Strong business acumen.
Ability to support and effectively collaborate with other departments to achieve results.

Referral Outreach Marketing Manager
Job Description
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Travel to various offices daily ensure continuity of referral support for all affiliated doctors
(Approx. 85% of time spent in the field. Must own vehicle for travel, and mileage will be
reimbursed).
Communicate and collaborate with office staff and management for planning, decision making,
delegation, problem-solving, and conflict management when needed.
Develop trust and positive relationships with referring doctors, referred patients, supported
doctor(s) and staff. Adapt and effectively communicate office changes when needed.
Implementation and continuously improve best practice procedures and processes including but
not limited to referral and patient relations/satisfaction and practice reputation.
Focus on quickly understanding the needs of any given office and build strong relationships with
RDOs and Operations Managers throughout the region.
Utilize marketing tools and CRM to track interactions, manage accounts, identify potential
contacts and follow up on leads. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer
interactions and progress towards goals.
Build a culture of excellence, engagement and compliance. Serve as liaison between non-clinical
support functions (HR, compliance, billing, etc.) and in-office personnel when needed.
Attend and promote practices at local community events.
Ensure compliance with applicable government laws, rules, regulations, and Company policies
and procedures.
Complete all company mandatory modules and job-specific training in the specified time frame.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Remote position based in Austin (Road Warrior)
Local travel required personal vehicle is main transport
Lift 50 lbs
Occasional weekends to support local events
Occasional out of town travel may be required
