Program Manager-Research - Neurology (Neurocognitive) (Finance)
This position will help build the infrastructure for the Alzheimer's Disease Research Center (ADRC) Laboratory as well as work with our community partners to generate a community-based cohort of individuals at risk of developing dementia. In addition, this coordinator will conduct yearly evaluations, consistent with the ADRC protocol, for these patients.
Position Summary:
Develops, plans, maintains research and policy analysis. Oversees the general running of the laboratory.

Certification/Skills:
Depending on research may require advanced level grant writing skills.
Depending on research may require Registered Nurse within the State of Texas.
Depending on research may require Clinical Research Coordinator certification.
May require program specific certifications.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in science or a health administration related field.
Minimum Experience:
Five years of applicable experience.
May substitute required experience with equivalent years of education beyond the minimum education requirement.
Physical Requirements:
Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently and/or a negligible amount constantly to move objects.
This position may include work involving potentially hazardous chemical, biological or radioactive agents.

Residency Requirement:
Employees must permanently reside and work in the State of Texas.
