HR & Admin Assistant (Administrative)
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Respond to applicants regarding status of their résumés/applications as needed
Support onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.
Create and maintain recruitment, onboarding and benefit files
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Stay current with recruitment and onboarding trends and recommend enhancements
Perform pre-employment verification of candidate's employment history
Assist employees in employment verification
Ensure a professional and timely delivery of job offers to the selected candidates
Administrative Support:
Perform a variety of admin and technical tasks to support HR functions
Assist in organizing agency events
Assist in checking HR inbox and direct the emails in the right direction
Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for HR documents
Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring that resources are readily available
Others:
Perform any other duties as necessary
