Salaried, full-time.
Earn a competitive salary between $76 - 91k annually, based on years of experience.

Position Summary: The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), in accordance with established policies and procedures, ensures that nursing care is provided, staffing is maintained, and all programs, policies, and medical procedures are followed. This individual assists the DON and Administrator in a manner that supports and enhances the goals of the department. The ADON reports to the DON.
Education and/or Experience: A current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and a minimum of one (1) year of experience with management or supervisory in geriatrics and be knowledgeable of state and federal regulations in the long-term care and assisted living setting. Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college in a related field, degree from accredited school of nursing or equivalent experience preferred.
