Position Overview
This position provides administrative support to our equipment shop.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
- Coordinate the procurement and maintenance of motor vehicle titles, registrations, permits, insurance and EZ passes
- Rental and Outside Repair PO's
- Daily & Weekly PO receiving
- Auto usage entries weekly
- Hour entries (Mixer and Equipment)
- Fuel Master uploads daily
- Run weekly reports
- Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times
- Performing related or other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Education/Experience
High school diploma or GED
Knowledge/Skill Requirements
- Strong computer skills
- Safety-minded team player
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, time management, attention to detail, and documentation skills
