Major Duties :1. Manages a treasury services marketing/sales \nunit or function. Conducts the performance \nmanagement process, identifies training and\ndevelopment needs, and establishes performance \nstandards for the unit.\n\n2. Determines staffing needs, makes hiring and \nfiring decisions, handles salary administration, \nand ensures resources are available to \naccomplish priorities.\n\n3. Participates in developing the business unit \nstrategic plan and sets goals and priorities based \non the direction set for the unit. Follows through to \nensure objectives are met.\n\n4. Develops unit(s) budget and manages the expense \nof the unit.\n\n5. Provides leadership and guidance to staff, \nfostering an environment which encourages \nemployee participation, teamwork, and\ncommunication.\n\n6. Manages team towards achieving the new \nbusiness goals.\n\n7. Manages the consulting process, interfacing with \nclients and key partners in production, product \nmanagement, systems, and banking units.\n\n8. Develops marketing strategies, consistent with \nthe priorities and strategic mission of the marketing \ndivision, to support the new business goals of the \nbusiness unit.\n\n9. Utilizes knowledge of the bank''s products and \nservices to analyze complex client needs and to \nrecommend banking solutions that enhance\nthe clients'' productivity or profitability.\n\nKnowledge :Knowledge of treasury management products and \nservices and corporate client applications usually \nacquired through experience is required to manage \nthe consulting process. Analytical and problem \nsolving skills are required to understand and build \nbanking solutions for clients. Leadership and \norganizational skills are required to determine the \nunit''s goals and the resources needed, and to \nassess and develop the skills of the staff. Written \nand oral communication and presentation skills \nare required to communicate with clients and \npartners.\n\nExperience :7 to 10 years of treasury marketing experience, \nwith direct client contact, and prior management \nexperience.
