Field Integration Technician (Project Management)
Essential Duties:
COMPLETES COMMISSIONING PROJECTS
Completes equipment installation including but not limited to Fabrication, Electrical, Hydraulic, Controls, and Pneumatics Coordinates working tasks with subcontractors Organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling assignments Competes project verifications including but not limited to: Safe guards/safety integration, Electrical, Hydraulic, and pneumatic verification, and control reliability and repeatability
COMMUNICATION
Daily project updates to Integration Engineer and/or Director of Process Engineering Feedback on needed improvements Interaction with plant personnel Record project files in companys engineering database
FINANCIAL OBJECTIVES
Pre-quoting field investigation for feasibility Input data for Bill of Materials Identify part and components to support quotes/cost estimates Manage travel expenses reports
MAINTAINS PROJECT DOCUMENTATION
Inputs any field changes to prints for proper updates Completes proper documentation for calibrations, verifications, performance tests, and safety tests
