Sr Program Manager (Project Management)

JOB SUMMARY

Program Manager will facilitate and lead strategic initiatives for a defined customer (internal or external) or user. Provide management and guidance to multi-functional project teams. Manage and enhance customer relationships. Provide full accountability for project budgets, schedules, project management, and performance requirements for enterprise level projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • First Point of Contact for Client.
  • Oversee setup, onboarding, implementation, and day to day management of a comprehensive Warranty program for Tier 1 Client.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage all phases of Program Post-Delivery needs, including: Ticketing, RMA, repair and other service development and other field program needs.
  • Engage with leadership to align program goals with Jabil Business Unit organizational objectives for customer.
  • Serve as the primary input channel to leadership on all matters related to Client Program and Warranty for customer.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customer for all post-delivery needs.
  • Setup and manage materials needed for warranty repair and/or stocking facilities.
  • Point of contact for buyers, repair technicians, and RMA Coordinator.
  • Manage and present data at quarterly business reviews.
  • Responsible for backlog management and monitoring of returns/ repairs.
  • Responsible for providing forecast / visibility to production team regarding spares kits and geographical spares deployments.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

·         Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
·         Knowledge of Jabil operating policies and procedures required
·         Expert knowledge of Jabil's culture and guiding principles
·         Must be adept at navigating the diversified landscape with respect to country cultures, company divisions and internal hierarchies
·         Job is responsible for collaborating with employees in all Jabil facilities and job roles to achieve the desired results
·         Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

·         Bachelor's degree required.
·         Minimum five (5) years work-related experience required in project management or related discipline.
·         Or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.

The pay range for this role is $103,000 - $185,400. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. The anticipated close date of this job requisition is: July 28, 2025.

As part of the total rewards package, this position is eligible for a short-term incentive based on performance. In addition, Jabil offers benefits to enhance your health, wealth, and resilient self.
