As a Roving General Manager, youll be responsible for sustaining excellence in hotel performance through the execution of an effective hotel operation. This is a hands-on hospitality management role in which you will have full responsibility for ensuring that J&Ps high brand standards of excellence are achieved and maintained. The roving position/General Manager will be assigned to different J&P managed hotels within a metro market on a rotating basis to support daily business needs. The primary responsibility of the Roving General Manager is the oversight of daily operations of a hotel along with managing a team to 6 -12 employees and ensuring that our rigorous quality and cleanliness standards, as well as our commitment to world-class guest service, are consistently upheld. In the absence of the permanently assigned GM, you will take full ownership of the hotel and make sure that the business remains profitable and that guests are delighted by their stay. Selling rooms will be among your primary duties.
