We are seeking a Plant Team (Block Plant) member for our customer, County Materials located in Astatula, FL

Job Duties:
Quality ControlClean up of equipment after production.General maintenance and housekeeping.Performs general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materialsOperate remote machine stations to control flow of productSafely operate forklifts to move product and maneuver dump hoppersUse hand and power tools to assist in machinery repairsRelies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
Work Environment:
Work in indoor and outdoor weather conditions, including extreme hot or cold temperaturesWork near moving machinery and equipment - could include electrical hazardsWork in a noisy environment
Physical Requirements:
Carrying/Lifting 10 - 40 Pounds frequentlyCarrying/Lifting > 40 Pounds occasionallyStanding / Walking / ClimbingSquatting/Crouching/Kneeling/BendingPushing / Pulling / Reaching Above Shoulder
Experience & Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old.0-2 years of related experience.Knowledge of commonly used industry concepts, practices, and procedures preferred.Exercise good judgment regarding work site unloading and operationMechanical and/or Electrical knowledge preferredAbility to perform well as a teamSelf-motivator and must be flexible in order to accommodate needs of your team.Safety minded when performing tasksAbility and willingness to learn and be trained
