Reporting Analyst (Finance)
Vitalant is seeking a Reporting Analyst for our Customer Contact Center. If you are looking for an analytical opportunity that partners with leadership to help provide insights on analytics related to call center operations this is the opportunity for you. Our Customer Contact Center support's Vitalant's life-saving mission by supporting our donor inquiries, provides technical support and scheduling assistance via website, live chat, texting, social media, email and phone channels.
In this role you will be responsible for creation and maintenance of all databases, reports and dashboards used by the contact center. This includes the collection, validation and distribution of data from various contact center tools in an omni-channel environment.
Work Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary is determined based on experience and location.
Requirements
Knowledge/Education:
1. Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
2. Knowledge in database design required.
3. Knowledge in Structured Query Language (SQL) p referred.
4. Knowledge in report, software, and system life cycles required.
License/Certification
1. Microsoft SQL Server Certification preferred.
2. Microsoft Certification preferred.
Experience:
1. Three years of related experience required. To include:
• Experience independently developing reports, analytics, scorecards, dashboards,
and queries,
2. Call Center Experience
Customer Contact Center:
1. Two years of Workforce Management (WFM) and/or Reporting & Analytics
experience in a multi-channel call center environment required.
2. One or more years of experience designing and creating reports and dashboards using
Power BI, and Excel required.
3. SQL: Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL) for data extraction,
manipulation, and reporting preferred.
