What you will do:
We are looking for a highly motivated marketing professional to support our global marketing programs and initiatives. This position is responsible for managing and executing on PGIM Investments' retail marketing programs and campaigns to grow brand awareness and consideration of our investment capabilities and global product suite, including alternatives, ETFs, mutual funds, SMAs and UCITs. This position requires close collaboration with internal functional areas including Client Marketing, in-house and external media teams, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Design, and legal/compliance staff, to see initiatives through to completion.
What you can expect:
Engage with Marketing leads to understand objectives, investment themes and marketing opportunities and transform them into effective deliverables.
Project manage multi-faceted, integrated U.S. and International cornerstone programs from end to end, including campaign development, content creation, campaign execution and measurement.
Develop content for and manage paid social and search campaigns, ensuring the localization requirements and differentiated needs of each country are met.
Manage Linkedin Ambassador program including onboarding new members, content calendar, user profiles and ongoing compliance requirements.
Project manage proprietary research programs including the development of marketing assets and promotional activity.
Analyze campaign and program metrics on an ongoing basis to provide data-backed insights on what's working well and areas for opportunity.
Perform all aspects of marketing compliance review and approval process.
Conduct competitive research and analysis on a regular basis to inform campaign development.
What you will bring:
5+ years of experience in financial services marketing: project, brand or campaign management marketing, institutional marketing or retail marketing to financial advisors.
Previous experience working in a sales-driven, multi-channel, distribution environment.
Ability to apply traditional as well as new and unique marketing approaches.
Demonstrated success in collaborating across functional teams and building strong relationships with business partners.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Passionate about data analysis with strong reporting skills.
An independent, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Consistently exhibit strong attention to detail.
Must be comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity.
5+ years of experience in financial services marketing: project, brand or campaign management marketing, institutional marketing or retail marketing to financial advisors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems and data analytics platforms.

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The base salary range for this role is from $120,000 to $130,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
