This position will oversee communities in Sauk Rapids, MN and Blaine, MN with LPN support.

Your Role as a Health & Wellness Director:
This position allows you to:
Lead with Purpose:Oversee clinical care teams to ensure high-quality services for residents.Ensure Compliance:Monitor care standards to meet or exceed state and federal guidelines.Mentor Your Team:Inspire growth and learning among your staff to build a culture of excellence.Collaborate with Leadership:Partner with other department leaders to optimize service delivery.Drive Continuous Improvement:Implement initiatives to improve care quality and satisfaction.

What You Bring:
Active RN license issued by the state board of nursing where the position is located.Exceptional communication and leadership skills.Dedication to creating a positive, resident-centered environment.
