Faculty Professional Development Specialist (Project Management)
The University of Oklahoma is seeking a Faculty Professional Development Specialist to work with OU faculty to develop grant and fellowship proposals to a wide range of external funding agencies and organizations, including federal, state, and private entities.
The Center for Faculty Excellence (CFE) provides support and skill development to help faculty enhance teaching, extend research and creative activities, engage in their communities, and foster leadership in an environment that encourages a culture of collegial support, inclusiveness, and excellence. CFE is committed to developing and implementing useful and inclusive resources to support faculty as they work to accomplish OU's mission to provide the best possible educational experience for our students through excellence in teaching, research and creative activity, and service to the state and society. Towards this goal, this position will assist faculty with the development and writing of grant and fellowship proposals to external organizations that support foundational and applied research and creative activities in all disciplines. These activities may entail providing support for proposal and budget development, editing proposal narratives and budgetary justifications, and coordinating proposal supporting materials.

Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelors degree for a total of 72 months of related experience.
