Greeter Part Time (Sales)
Greet showroom customers and determines the nature of their visit.
Direct customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduces the customer to a sales person.
Answer incoming phone calls and directs callers to the appropriate department or individual, or takes a message.
Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
Obtain basic demographic information about each customer, using an ups card, a computer system, a log sheet or other method established by the dealership.
Run prospect reports for managers weekly.
Communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
Assist with clerical duties as requested.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Other tasks may be assigned.
Meet and record names of all customers who approach the lot or showroom inquiring about new or used cars and trucks.
Distribute the customers to the on-duty sales force according to the "UP" rotation for that shift or day.
