What youll be doing:
Answers all incoming calls to the front desk, forwards calls to the appropriate parties, and notifies employees when visitors have arrived Process visitors access ensuring everyone is signed in and given a visitors badge Receives packages and letters and signs for packages when necessary. Order company lodging cards, business cards and technician t-shirts upon request Maintains inventory of vending machines and coffee for break areas Maintains service on all office equipment, reports issues and orders office supplies Sorts and distributes all electronic faxes Creates and maintains lunch rotation schedule for the front desk Maintains ID badge list and follows up with managers and employees as appropriate Tracks employee wellness documentation Cleans out refrigerator in break room on a weekly basis Orders office supplies for break rooms, supply rooms, and kitchen area as needed Maintains postage machines Maintains schedule for executive conference roomOther duties as assigned
What were looking for:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in office administration or related field preferred. At least three years of administrative and clerical experience required. Ability to type at least 60 words per minute. Extensive knowledge of office management procedures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
