What Youll Do: Recruiting:Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent to meet our staffing needs.On-boarding:Develop and implement comprehensive on-boarding programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into our organization.Employer Branding:Enhance our employer brand by maintaining a positive presence on social media, job boards, and other relevant platforms.HR Projects:Lead and participate in various HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee experience.Workforce Planning:Develop and implement strategic workforce plans to align with our companys goals and objectives.Candidate Pipeline:Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to ensure a steady flow of talent for future hiring needs.Vendor Management:Collaborate with external recruitment vendors to optimize sourcing strategies and hiring processes.Career Fairs:Attend career fairs and networking events to attract potential candidates and promote our brand.Networking:Establish and maintain relationships with local associations and educational institutes to expand our candidate pool. What Were Looking For: Proactive Approach:Passion for continuous improvement and not afraid to pick up the phone to seek those hidden gem candidates!Educational Background:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience:2-4 years in talent acquisition, including recruiting, on-boarding, and talent development.Skills:Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (experience with Paylocity is a bonus!), ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
