Customer Service Administrator (Administrative)
The Customer Service Administrator (CSR) is responsible for high-level administrative duties that assist in the operational function of the Transportation Customer Service Department. The role serves as a supplemental contact for our customers regarding general inquiries, concerns, or questions. The primary functions of a CSR Administrator are focused on accurate data entry and executing daily reports for various customer accounts.
To ensure success as a Customer Service Administrator, you will serve as support to the operator line by answering and directing calls to appropriate personnel. You should be able to accurately and timely enter data into operating systems, understand department process flow, and constantly look for areas of improved efficiency. You will be held accountable to comply with all defined business process and the utilization of all technology platforms, as defined by FST.You should also be able to properly communicate and escalate information as necessary and collaborate with cross-functional FST teams across the warehouse and transportation divisions.
