What Youll Do: Lead a Skilled Team: Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of facility and machine maintenance technicians, ensuring top performance and a positive, safety-focused work environment. Maintain & Improve Facilities: Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety systems, and building maintenance to ensure a world-class working environment. Keep Production Running: Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize high-tech machinery, robotics, and automated systems to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. Manage Budgets & Inventory: Control costs, procure parts, and ensure the maintenance department runs efficiently and effectively. Ensure Safety & Compliance: Drive OSHA and local safety compliance, conduct safety inspections, and lead by example in workplace safety initiatives. Coordinate Contractors & Projects: Work with outside vendors to secure top-quality maintenance services while keeping projects on track and within budget. Track & Report Performance: Utilize maintenance tracking software to maintain accurate records, analyze maintenance data, and recommend process improvements. What Were Looking For: Experience: 5+ years in maintenance with a strong background in both facilities and machine maintenance, plus at least 3 years in a leadership role. Technical Skills: Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of PLC systems/industrial controls preferred. Leadership & Communication: A proactive leader who can motivate a team, communicate effectively, and make sound decisions under pressure. Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to diagnose issues quickly, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
