Customer Service Banking Representative - Corporate Campus (Cleveland, OH) (Finance)

We are looking for several new team members to join the inbound Customer Care Servicing Call Center family. Looking for candidates that are passionate about helping others, have a good understanding of our values, work well in a team oriented environment and like to have fun – everything else will be provided in our training process.
Job duties may include: handling a variety of customer inquiries regarding checking, savings, certificate of deposits (regular and IRA), debit cards, online banking issues, equity and mortgage service inquiries, as well as opening deposit accounts over the phone. Candidates should be able to understand and explain financial information, work well in a fast-paced environment and thrive in a team based setting. Responsibilities may vary based upon the skills of the associate. These are full-time, first shift positions at our Customer Care Corporate Campus location, 7007 Broadway Ave, Cleveland, Ohio 44105. Hours are 8:20am – 5:00pm M-TH, 8:20am – 6:00pm FRI and 8:20am – 1:30pm SAT. Position will require rotation of Saturdays with a day off during the week.
