Experience:
2-5 years of experience in FP&A, preferably within a healthcare or home health agency setting.Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private payer reimbursement structures.
Skills:
Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.Experience with healthcare financial systems (e.g., Homecare Homebase, Trella Health, or Sage Intacct).Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
