WHAT YOU'LL DO:

In this Credit Specialist role, you will provide crucial support to the Finance Manager in all of the department's credit collection activities, as well as acting as the go-to person for training team members on company policies and legal requirements. Your daily activities in this role will consist of the following:

• Participating in new hire training to Credit Administrators.
• Filing claims for credit card chargebacks.
• Filing and tracking all bankruptcies and 3^rd Party Collections.
• Creating and processing Charge Offs.
• Submitting Reserves Requests
• Working directly with attorneys for assigned collections.
• Assigning and processing Truck Liens with attorneys.
• Processing and scheduling auctions as needed.
• Reviewing, analyzing, and providing recommendations for financing requests through Pacific Rim Funding.
• Producing monthly Aging Report for Pacific Rim Funding
• Working directly with General Managers and Finance Managers as needed.
• John Deere Financial OTC User Administrator
• Setting up new customer accounts as needed.
• Providing customer assistance for copies of invoices and questions on customer accounts as requested.
• Accepting payment on accounts as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Compensation: $29-32/hr (Depending on Experience)
