Sales Support Specialist (Sales)
The primary role for this position is to support the Sales Team on all aspects of project management and customer service including assisting the sales representatives in managing projects from signed contract through all phases up to project invoicing. The Sales Support Specialist will work closely with the sales teams as well as our internal teams to facilitate communication and timeliness of the entire project process. Once a project is completed the Sales Support Specialist will verify accuracy of completion, provide customers completion photos and any required forms, and will verify customer is satisfied with the project to ensure Indigo Signs met commitment and payment is approved by the customer.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment with people of varying skills and backgroundsProven customer service and/or sales support experienceHighly motivated, self-directed individual who is able to work in a team or by oneselfFamiliarity with CRM systems and practices helpfulKnowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Smartsheet extremely helpfulAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyKnowledge of sign manufacturing is a plus
