Digital Marketing Specialist (Finance)

Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist is up-to-date on the latest social media, analytics, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and email marketing trends and technologies. In this role responsibilities include, but are not limited to, planning, implementing and monitoring TriWest's brand and social media presence to ensure that TriWest's brand and reputation is positive and continues to grow. Drive TriWest's brand awareness and online reputation by fostering the active social media presence TriWest created within the military and Veteran communities. Analyze data from social media and Google Analytics to determine if social media efforts are reaching the intended audience, how to get more engagements and brand awareness on posts and make recommendations for TriWest websites related to SEO and increasing user experience. Facilitate approval of corporate responses to social media inquiries or concerns.
Education & Experience
Required:
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in digital marketing, social media, communication, computer information systems, business data analytics, or other related areas
• U.S. Citizenship
• Must be able to receive a favorable Interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation
• 3 years professional experience with social media marketing or as a digital marketing professional t in a corporate environment
• 3 years of proven experience with analytics and SEO for native web and mobile initiatives
• Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Experience using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Meta Business Insights to monitor and evaluate the company's web and social media presence and performance
• Experience in measuring and analyzing digital media campaigns including organic and paid search, social media, email, affiliate, and display, to understand behavior and expectations of online visitors
• Experience working with web development and design teams to implement solutions for digital media campaigns, SEO and analytics
• Experience communicating with both technical and business audiences
Preferred:
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Experience with email campaign management and tracking
• Experience with web accessibility standards (Section 508 and WCAG)
• Basic understanding of technical platforms (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
• Knowledge of writing content for search engine optimization
• Knowledge of design and editing programs in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Premiere, and After Effects)
• Basic budgeting skills to reconcile any paid digital media placements
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with communications and creative services teams to design and monitor digital media campaigns according to business goals.
• Generate, edit, publish and share content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
• Schedule placement of content on social and digital media platforms.
• Monitor and report on social media channels.
• Ensure brand consistency across all social medial channels.
• Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns.
• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
• Collaborate with web design, web development, communications, customer relations and other possible stakeholders.
• Monitor SEO and customer engagement and suggest content optimization.
• Remain current with social media, analytics, SEO, and web accessibility best practices, trends and technologies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), analytics data, and SEO. Expert in critical thinking, problem solving, collaboration skills, and ability to present and sell solutions to various stakeholders.
