Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Information Technology)
Additional duties include: identify areas of process improvement in analytical reporting, conduct data quality reviews, and provide recommendations on the implementation of new/revised operations; conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analyses; develop exception reporting and conduct drill down analysis to proactively identify specific variances in medical costs and utilization; conduct descriptive and inferential statistical analyses and interpret results for leadership and other stakeholders; document processes and develop succession plan for continual revenue cycle reporting and monitoring; consult with business customers in the use of analytical and reporting tools to develop effective clinical, cost, quality, and satisfaction outcomes; identify and communicate operational impact of analytical findings or decision support; engage in special programs to improve the data gathering and reporting processes; provide oversight for the content, format and production of regular and ad hoc reports; and participate in work groups and committees.
Requires a Bachelors degree in Analytics or a related field and 3 years of experience, including experience with Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate, Microsoft SSRS, SSIS, and SQL, Tableau, UI Path, and Python and R programming languages.
