Our Memory Support Director (LPN or RN) Will:
Lead and grow our local Memory support programs. Provide training to associates on new principles and methodologies of care for improved resident outcomes.Work closely with both current and prospective residents and families to meet their individualized needs. Design innovative programs and services that enhance the resident experience.Develop processes and procedures that build operational continuity, efficiency, safety and meet state and federal guidelines. Build strong relationships in a positive environment throughout the community.
