About Beach House
Beach House at Belmont Park is San Diego's premier oceanfront venue, offering live music, premium cocktails, and an electrifying nightlife experience. As we gear up for our seasonal concert series, we are hiring skilled and energetic Bottle Service Staff, Bartenders, and Barbacks to create an unforgettable experience for guests.
About the VIP Bottle Server
As a Concert Barback, you'll be the backbone of our bar operations during live concerts and large-scale events. Your role is to keep the bar stocked, clean, and running smoothly so bartenders can serve drinks quickly and efficiently. If you thrive in high-energy environments and enjoy being part of a fast-paced team, this is the perfect role for you!
What You'll Do:
Support bartenders and servers by ensuring bars are fully stocked with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and supplies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar area throughout the event.
Assist with setup and breakdown of bar stations before and after concerts.
Quickly restock glassware, ice, and beverages to keep service running smoothly.
Anticipate bartender needs and provide seamless support during high-energy concert events.
Follow all alcohol service regulations and venue policies.
What Makes You Stand Out:
Previous experience in a high-volume bar, nightclub, or concert venue preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Strong knowledge of liquor, beer, wine, and cocktail ingredients.
RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certification preferred.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays during concert season.
