Job Summary
Organize, direct, coordinate and oversee all facilities activities at corporate and nationally for TriWest. Facilities functions include activities ranging from corporate and field office space planning; construction, maintenance and operation of corporate facilities, both internal office space and external landscaping and lighting; commercial real estate asset property management for corporate and field offices; oversee warehouse receiving; office supplies; physical site security; company asset receiving and disposition and distribution services. Mail and Distribution functions range from performing low volume printing, prepping and distribution of outgoing and incoming mail and management of vendors engaged in high volume print, mail, and distribution functions.
Education & Experience
Required:
• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in business, related field or equivalent experience
• Five years management experience in property management and real estate leases, facilities, mailing operations and distribution services or a combination of academic education, professional training or work experience, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position
• Highly trustworthy and have documented responsibility for maintaining the security of sensitive information. This position has access to all physical areas of the company and could be exposed to proprietary or very sensitive information related to company initiatives, strategic plans or personal information
Preferred:
• Project management training or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities
• Direct and manage corporate distribution services that include all mail services bulk or routine, shipping and receiving, and physical asset disposition.
• Directly engage with and manage vendors who perform high volume print, mail, and distribution functions to include ongoing monitoring of timeliness, review of performance against standards, and ongoing process improvement.
• As the TriWest functional expert for facilities and mailings participate and provide recommendations for the development of long range plans and policies, and the review of programs and procedures; establish and approve procedures in accordance with policy determination or company strategic objectives.
• Prepare and manage a department budget to the approved dollars.
• Assist the SVP, Finance for TriWest with individual tasks or implementation of strategic objectives affecting company goals or initiatives.
• Coordinate with various members of senior management, Directors or Managers on matters applicable to facility and space needs, warehouse services, security, facility construction, corporate building standards, furniture, building safety, building services, and real estate assets.
• Direct and manage corporate distribution services that include all mail services bulk or routine, shipping and receiving, and physical asset disposition.
• As the TriWest functional expert for facilities and mailings participate and provide recommendations for the development of long range plans and policies, and the review of programs and procedures; establish and approve procedures in accordance with policy determination or company strategic objectives.
• Direct and manage the company's physical security plan including coordination with Information Technology and applicable vendors. Includes disaster recovery planning and emergency responses.
• Oversee corporate real estate asset property management.
• Maintenance and uninterrupted operations of all corporate facilities.
• Find and utilize contractors and vendors supporting facilities, maintenance or repairs that meet TriWest goals of spending money on an established percentage of small business per the government contract requirement.
• Communicate in an understandable way with individual employees, management individuals and groups or a mass audience both written and oral.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions
Working Conditions:
• Availability to cover any work shift as needed and available to address facilities emergencies after hours for any office locally or nationally
• Works within a standard office environment with moderate travel required
• Level II IT security clearance
