Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, this Summer, we're looking to add a Global Real Estate Intern located in our Austin Texas Corporate site.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Real Estate, the student will assist with daily tasks while learning, collaborating and working with the Global Real Estate organization.

What a typical day looks like:

• Ability to analyze data, financial reports, and market trends.
• Familiar with financial metrics like ROI, and some knowledge of modeling e.g. lease vs. buy analysis.
• Good skills in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Will be tasked with conducting research on global real estate markets and industry trends.
• Will assist with reviewing lease agreements, contracts, and financial models.
• Ability to assist in managing projects, deadlines, and priorities.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality work.
• Open to feedback, eager to learn new skills, and adaptable to changing priorities.

Student qualities we're seeking for this internship assignment:

• Junior or Senior level student pursuing undergrad in Finance, Business, Real Estate or related major
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Team player; takes initiatives with team projects
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders
• Excel and PowerPoint advanced skills, a plus! Prefer some financial modeling or data analysis
• Previous internship experience working with a Finance or Business team strongly preferred
• May have interest in global real estate portfolio management and strategy

Internship Program Requirements:

• Available to work 40 hours/week (in-person) for 10-12 week Summer assignment
• Currently enrolled in 4-year accredited university
• 3.0 minimum GPA
