Revenue Growth: Support Lockes goal of reaching $500M in revenue by 2035 through financial strategy and M&A execution. Team Development: Build and lead high-performing finance and HR teams to support company growth, employee engagement, and leadership development. Profitability: Improve Net Income margins by 100% through cost management, pricing strategies, and operational efficiencies. M&A Execution: Prepare Locke to take advantage of acquisition opportunities that present themselves from a financial and systematic approach. Cash Flow & Liquidity: Improve balance sheet strength and cash flow through more efficient working capital strategies. Budgeting & Financial Planning: Develop and implement annual budgets and long-term financial plans that align with Lockes growth strategy. Financial Reporting Accuracy: Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial closes within 5 business days of month-end. Operational Improvements: Drive cost savings and efficiency gains in operations and working capital by providing data-driven insights for decision-making. HR Strategy & Talent Development: Enhance employee experience, leadership development, and succession planning to attract and retain top talent.Culture & Compliance: Foster an engaging, inclusive work environment while ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; MBA and/or CPA preferred.10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a CFO or senior finance leadership role.Experience in manufacturing, construction, or related industries preferred.Proven experience in mergers & acquisitions, including financial due diligence, deal structuring, and integration.Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow optimization in a high-growth environment.Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and risk management.Knowledge of ERP systems (Titan experience a plus) and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.Ability to drive process improvements and implement best-in-class financial practices.
