Your impact as a Donor Outreach Coordinator is vital. You will s upport Vitalant's life saving mission by actively engaging with current, previous and potential donors to schedule their next blood donation at a local blood drive.
Remote Qualifications: This is a WFH role for those who live in the following cities (or within a 50-mile radius):

Hattiesburg, MS
Tupelo, MS
Las Cruces, NM
Aberdeen, SD
Mitchell, SD
Rapid City, SD
El Paso, TX
Harlingen, TX
Lubbock, TX
McAllen, TX

What to Expect:
- Schedule: Shifts vary and are either Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday.
All shifts follow Arizona time (please account for daylight savings and time changes).
Available shifts include: -
- 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (with a 30-minute break)
- 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (with a 30-minute break)
- 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (with a 30-minute break)
- 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM (with a 30-minute break)

- Retain donors by scheduling donation appointments, resolving customer service concerns, and consistently providing excellent customer service.
- Code donor records appropriately based on the information provided by donor and management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- One year remote call center experience
- Bilingual Preferred
